Team Brave took the day to head to CrossFit Kirrawee in Sydney's Shire to shoot Athlete Amy Alessi at one of her new homes.

Amy is a coach at CrossFit Kirrawee and is part of a talented group helping people become better versions of themselves everyday. 

Congratulations to new owners Meg Cox and Mitch Davis on the facility it looks amazing!
