CROSSFIT GAMES PREP CAMP
Qualifying for the CrossFit Games is just the beginning for Mitch Sinnamon. The day after qualifying for the CrossFit Games, the work really begins. With the test to find the fittest man and woman on earth, preparing for such a momentous occasion requires a significant volume of work. Not just traditional workouts, but exploring other realms of fitness as part of the "unknown and unknowable" such as trail runs, swimming and other unpredictable awkward, heavy and testing endurance events.
As part of the lead up, Mitch travelled to CrossFit Mode in Adelaide, South Australia home of James Newbury from The WOD Life to put in a weekend of training in preparation for the CrossFit Games.

Day One involved multiple workouts across a range of domains. Max Effort Air Dyne sprints, Deadballs, Farmers Carries, Legless Rope Climbs with plenty more in store for Day Two.
James Newbury and Mitchell Sinnamon left no domain untouched on Day 3 of Games Prep Camp.
Kicking off with a surf ski session out on freezing ocean waters, swim, heavy back squats, gymnastics, handstand push ups, snatches and finishing it all off with a late afternoon track session.
