Team Brave Athletes Joel Munro, Mitch Sinnamon, Jordan Bender and Tom Lengyel joined forces with athletes from The WOD Life, in the first ever RAW Training Summit. 

Held in Sydney, Australia the Athletes were put through their paces in eleven workouts over the weekend in preparation for the 2017 CrossFit Open Season.

While the first day was spent in the gym hitting WODs and moving heavy weights, the guys also took their fitness outdoors. Getting out in the river for open water swims and hitting the pavement with partner carriers.
