There's nothing like training with your good friends! Team Brave Athlete Joel Munro heading down to CrossFit Geelong to team up with fellow Team Brave Athlete Tom Lengyel. April Hering also made the trip down from Brisbane, representing The WOD Life.

The guys enjoyed a great day of metcons and heavy lifts! Two huge PR's were broken on the day with Joel Munro hitting a 117.5kg Snatch and Tom Lengyel going large with 120kg!
